This approach was born from my own transformation.
Like many women, I spent years putting others first — navigating the needs of my family, a full-time job,
and life’s endless to-do lists. But as I grew older, I realized that true wellness couldn’t wait until “someday.”
I began to take my health seriously — not out of vanity, but out of love for myself. '
Through food, movement, and mindfulness, I discovered a lifestyle that didn’t just restore my energy — it reignited my joy.
Now, I support women who are ready to:
- Feel vibrant in their own skin 
- Use food as a tool for healing, not restriction 
- Embrace movement that brings joy, not punishment 
- Glow with vitality at any age 
- Because aging isn’t something to dread — it’s something to redefine.

Who is Michele?
I’ve been where you are — exhausted, inflamed, and
wondering if this is just what getting older feels like.
For years, I was part of the “sandwich generation,” juggling the needs of my children, aging parents, and
husband — all while working full time. Life was a blur of to-do lists and takeout containers. Like many
families, we trusted the labels: “low-fat,” “heart-healthy,” “lean protein.” We believed what the doctors,
media, and magazines told us. But despite following all the so-called rules, we kept getting sicker.
By my late 40s, I was living with arthritis in my knees. I suffered from migraines, GERD, acid reflux, chronic
bloating, and high blood pressure. I exercised religiously, yet still felt sluggish and out of shape. Worst of all,
I was losing faith in ever feeling like myself again.
That’s when everything changed . . .
On New Year’s Day, 2012, at age 53, I made a radical decision: I gave up processed foods. Within three
days, I slept through the night pain-free — something I hadn’t experienced in years. That moment
sparked something in me. I started researching, questioning, and experimenting. I learned to listen to my
body and began using food as medicine, not just fuel. I ditched the fad diets and embraced a Whole-Food Plant-Based
lifestyle.
And slowly… beautifully… I began to heal.
The migraines disappeared. The inflammation subsided. I lost weight naturally. My energy returned. My
mind cleared. My blood pressure dropped. And for the first time in decades, I felt truly alive — not just functioning, but thriving.
I went back to school, became a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and through Rouxbe, I learned to cook and bake delicious Whole-Food Plant-Based meals and desserts.
I made it my mission to help other women reclaim their health — and their joy.
Now in my mid-60s, I feel younger than I did in my 40s. I move with freedom. I eat with intention. I live with purpose.
And this… this is what Aging with Grace looks like.
